Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order prior to production or shipment of your item. Full refunds will be issued for all successfully cancelled orders. Please note that order cancellation will no longer be available once the product has been dispatched.

Returns

We accept product returns under applicable conditions. Customers are entitled to submit a return request within 14 calendar days following the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused, in its original brand‑new condition, and retained in the original unopened packaging. A purchase receipt or valid proof of transaction is required to process your return application.

For all delivery and return shipments, customers will be responsible for shipping fees at most once only, and no restocking fees will be charged for any returned products.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send a confirmation email to notify you of its arrival. We will further inform you whether your refund request is approved or declined.

Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method (such as credit card) within the standard processing period.

Late or Undetected Refunds

If you have not yet received your approved refund, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Double‑check your personal bank account for incoming transactions.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as official posting of refunds may require additional processing time.
  3. Follow up with your bank to confirm internal refund processing schedules.
